Volunteers

We can’t do it without you. Volunteers are the lifeblood of our organization, and our event truly cannot succeed without the hard work and dedication of our volunteers! Sign up and volunteer your time….all you need is the desire to have fun and the willingness to roll up your sleeves and lend a helping hand to assist over 1,000 athletes swim, bike and run to the finish!

Due to the generosity of our sponsors the Waupaca Triathlon Board of Directors was able to continue our support to our volunteer organizations. The Waupaca local organizations were presented monetary donations totaling over $8,500.

Organizations included ARES, Rotary Club of Waupaca, Waupaca International Cultural Exchange Committee, VFW Post 1037 Auxiliary, Waupaca Lions, ThedaCare Waupaca Auxiliary, Waupaca Dance Team, Waupaca Historical Society, Scandinavia Public Library, Boy Scouts Troop 634, Waupaca High School Boys & Girls Soccer Teams, Waupaca High School Honor Society, Waupaca Curling Club, WAYHA, Waupaca Volley Ball, Chain Exploration Center, Waupaca High School Cross Country, ThedaCare Nurses, Mobility For Vets, Almond Boy Scout Troop 248, Our Pack Animal Rescue, Waupaca Community Theater, and Operation Backpack.

Proceeds from the 2025 Waupaca Area Triathlon were shared with representatives of several civic organizations.
